Vantar Energy is run by VantarGroup LLC. We keep this simple because our data practices are simple: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds no third-party trackers. The notes below explain the little we do process and the rights you hold under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Server logs. To deliver and secure the site, our host records standard technical data — IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the time of each request. These logs are kept briefly for security and diagnostics and deleted within 30 days.
Correspondence. If you email us, we keep your message and address for as long as it takes to handle your inquiry and any follow-up, then archive or delete it.
The site is served from the European Union by Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany). We chose EU infrastructure deliberately — your visit does not leave European data-protection jurisdiction.
We process the above on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website and responding to people who contact us (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to anyone.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict its processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, write to malte@vantarenergy.com.
